Please click the 'Refresh Menus' option or close all browser windows and retry. Also check that the race was not abandoned or the NSW TAB is not covering this race (some NZ and Darwin races are partially covered). Make sure that your Browser cache is set to 'automatic'. Don't forget we also have a backup directory - please check this directory before raising an Emergency Support call.
