Checks that should be made before reporting service issues
Please note that if there is a data error (ie race data missing or home page not displaying) check the timetable to see when the next upload is scheduled. If you have set up your Timezone correctly in your User Settings (link assumes you have logged in), then the times will reflect your local time. If the time is close to the next update, please wait until this time has come to see if the error is corrected. If it doesn't, please raise a contact request below. Also please check the BCKUP data listing for today, as the BCKUP data listing may get around the problem for you. Also, if appropriate, try the Data Listing or Quick Print as these can still work even though the home page navigation race details are missing.
