1.1 We promise to offer
Whilst every effort is provided to ensure
all data is correct, the responsibility lies with the user to confirm that all
information is correct prior to placing bets, including, but not limited to:- jockeys,
scratchings, barriers and tab number details.
1.2 Limitation
Horse-Racing-Tips.com uses a reliable rating method that has
been tested over many years, however, we can not guarantee its future success.
We do not accept any responsibility for the information provided nor any
incurred losses.
1.3 Service
Cancellation
A "FGO Subscription"
subscriber can
easily cancel a recurring payment plan. An email is sent to the subscriber before each automatic charge to allow
them to
cancel if they so wish. We understand that some people might
forget to cancel. If the subscriber forgets to cancel and their monthly bill reminds
them, then we will allow them to cancel anytime during the subscription period for
a full refund. Since we are charged a penalty to cancel we would
appreciate the earliest attention and request cancellation 3 days prior to the
end of the current payment period. The extended cancellation period has
three conditions:-
1. The period
being cancelled can not have any access recorded (to subscriber services)
2. Only the last subscription period may be cancelled
3. Must be notified within 1 month after the charge was raised on the credit
card.
We
also reserve the same right to cancel any subscription at the end of a
subscriber’s payment period.
1.4 Service
Refund
Except under the condition
expressed in clause 1.3, there are no refunds on
subscriptions. HRT Credits expire after 12 months.
1.5 Guaranteed Services - Service Availability
(Subscriptions only)
Unfortunately the Internet, ISP's, software and
hardware can be unreliable from time to time and therefore we can not accept liability for
any loss of service. We also rely on other web site information and their
reliability may influence the ability for us to provide a reliable service. To
date, system availability has been better than 98% uptime. To partially compensate our paying subscribers for failed
services, subscribers may request $AU 10.00 HRT Credits
whenever our Saturday service is down for more than 4 consecutive
hours during the times 9:30am to 5:30pm. A refund request must be
made by email to
and received before the next day (Sunday 5:30pm). Sydney Australia time
quoted. Over the past 3 years of operation, there has been only one failed
day.
1.6 Credit
Charge Details
Charges will appear
on the Subscriber's credit card bill under the name 2CheckOut.com or 2CO * HRT or equivalent
and
not Focus Online Ltd (Horse-Racing-Tips.com).
1.7 Registration
Details
Registration details
must be kept up to date and exclude any intentionally false information. It must
possess a valid e-mail address that is allied with the Subscriber. We will communicate via this e-mail address and it is the Subscriber’s
responsibility to ensure that he/she remains contactable.
1.8 Receipt’s
Receipt’s can be
provided if requested within 14 days after any transaction taking place.
1.9 Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event where a Subscriber
is unsatisfied with any resolution (or lack thereof) or a payment issue, the Subscriber may contact
the 2Checkout
and they will mediate any further discussions to resolution.
